Colonel Ramendra Kumar Singh
"The Learning Experience has been really good with this program. One of the key highlights I have noticed about the program is that it has helped us in understanding HR in a very new perspective. The way HR is progressing these days and human resources as a whole is very different from the past ten years. In today’s digital world, across talent acquisition, payroll, compliances, the traditional processes have gone out of the window and may not even be very relevant in the coming years.
This program focuses on the New digital side of HR. In guest lectures were also very perceptive and to the point. One learning for me personally was that there were a few HR myths I was clinging on to which have now been erased"
